Grass-fed - Grass-finished Beef sides available custom cut and wrapped at a Government licensed facility. Sizes of sizes range from 150-380 pounds.
Our beef is dry-aged by the butcher the traditional way, for 10-14 days.

With all the controversy around food these days it’s hard to know what’s healthy. One thing we can all agree on is that beef directly from the farm is a healthier choice for everyone.
We had a cut test done at the butcher on the last animal we had done. Stay tuned to see the price comparison to the store. Grass-fed beef is definitely healthier but it is also a lot cheaper if you buy a side rather than just cuts!
